Questions about this item

How do I install the BP-915G batteries in my Canon camcorder and what step is often missed?

Slide each 7.4V 3500mAh pack into the battery compartment until the latch clicks; the step often missed is pressing the release button fully before pulling the old cell out.

What maintenance will the BP-915G packs and the foldable-plug charger need later?

Store the Li-Ion cells at roughly half charge if unused for weeks, recharge them every few months, and keep the charger's foldable flat pins clean and free of dust.

What limit appears first when I run the BP-915G batteries continuously on a shoot?

The 25.9 Wh capacity sets the runtime ceiling; once the 3500mAh charge is depleted the camcorder shuts down until a fresh pack is inserted.
