Four-battery kit with dual USB charger

The Kastar pack supplies four BP-915G lithium-ion cells rated at 7.4 V and 3500 mAh each. A compact LTD2 charger handles two batteries at once and shows charge level on an integrated LCD. Micro-USB and Type-C inputs accept standard 5 V power sources. The bundle is aimed at videographers who need extended run-time for compatible Canon camcorders.

Suits owners of listed Canon camcorders needing

The kit covers a long list of Canon models including the XF, XH, XL, GL, MV, Optura and Vixia series shown in the compatibility table. It does not suit users whose cameras require a different battery form factor or voltage. Buyers who need more than four cells or a charger that powers four slots simultaneously should look at larger kits.

25.9 Wh per cell decides runtime

Each battery stores 25.9 Wh, which determines how long a camcorder can record between swaps. The charger delivers 4.2 V at 800 mA per slot when two batteries are docked. Match the watt-hour rating to your camera’s power draw to confirm the kit meets your shoot length.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 4-battery pack or a smaller set?

The listing only offers the 1 charger plus 4 batteries configuration, each battery rated at 3500 mAh and 7.4 V for 25.9 Wh.

What does the 25.9 Wh rating mean when I am filming?

At 7.4 V the 3500 mAh cell stores 25.9 Wh, giving roughly one full charge cycle per battery for compatible Canon camcorders such as the XF300 or Vixia G30.

How do the Micro-USB and Type-C inputs limit charging speed?

The charger accepts 5 V at 2–3 A (15 W) and delivers 4.2 V at 800 mA per slot, so two batteries charge simultaneously at that fixed rate.
