Power for Canon camcorders

The Kastar BP-930G is a 5800mAh lithium-ion battery rated at 7.4V and 42.92Wh. It comes with an AC wall charger that accepts 100–240V input and delivers 8.4V at 600mA. The charger uses a foldable flat plug and shows red while charging and green when full. This kit replaces Canon BP-930G cells and works with the listed compatible battery models.

Video shooters using supported Canon cameras

The bundle suits owners of the listed Canon camcorders and cinema cameras such as the XF100, XF300, XL-H1A or RED KOMODO 6K who need a spare or replacement power source. It is not for users whose cameras require a different battery form factor or voltage. Buyers who need multiple batteries for all-day shoots should look at larger packs. The single charger can only replenish one cell at a time.

Capacity and runtime headroom

At 5800mAh the cell provides extended recording time compared with lower-capacity BP-925 or BP-930 units. It comfortably handles long interviews or event coverage on supported bodies. Runtime drops when powering high-draw accessories or recording at maximum bit-rate on cinema models. The 600mA charge rate means a full recharge takes several hours, so overnight charging is practical.
