Charger limited to 5 V input and 800 mA per slot

The LTD2 unit draws 5 V at up to 3 A through Micro-USB or Type-C and delivers 4.2 V at 800 mA to each bay. That fixed current means a full cycle takes several hours, and the brick cannot fast-charge high-drain packs or accept voltages above 5 V.
