Four Li-Ion batteries with dual-slot USB charger

This pack supplies four 3.7 V 1700 mAh lithium-ion cells and a single LTD2 charger that powers two batteries at once. The kit replaces the original power packs used in Digipo HDV-P series camcorders including the HDV-P25, HDV-P28, HDV-P30, HDV-P50, HDV-P50S, HDV-P51, HDV-P55, HDV-P58, HDV-P66, HDV-P802 and HDV-P5800 models.

Charger limited to 5 V USB input and 800 mA per slot

The LTD2 unit draws 5 V at 2-3 A (15 W) from either a Micro-USB or USB-C source and delivers 4.2 V at 800 mA to each of its two bays. Because the input is standard USB power, charge rate is capped by the host port and cannot exceed the rated 800 mA per battery regardless of the supply used.

Swappable plate design and LCD status readout

The charger accepts interchangeable plates so the same base can serve other battery families when the correct plate is fitted. An integrated LCD shows real-time charging state and remaining capacity for each cell, while the compact 5 by 3 by 3 inch footprint keeps the kit portable for field work. Build is oriented to occasional rather than continuous high-cycle use.
