The Kastar LTD2 is a dual-slot USB charger designed for FNP120, NP-120, D-LI7, DB-43 and BP-1500S lithium-ion batteries. It powers two cells simultaneously from a single 5 V 2–3 A source. An integrated LCD panel shows real-time charge status and remaining capacity. The unit includes a Micro-USB cable and accepts both Micro-USB and USB-C input.

Practical limits of the USB-powered dual-slot design

Each slot delivers 4.2 V at 800 mA, so a fully depleted cell takes several hours to reach full capacity. The 15 W input ceiling means the charger cannot draw more current than the host port allows. Only two batteries charge at once; there is no provision for three or more cells in a single session.
