Dual LCD Charger for Ordro DDV

The Kastar LTD2 is a compact USB charger that powers two compatible camera batteries simultaneously. It targets videographers and photographers who use Ordro DDV, HDV and Pamiel camcorders and want a single desktop unit for spare packs. The charger ships with interchangeable plates so it can adapt to different battery form factors.

Check Battery Model and USB Power

Verify that your battery appears in the supported model list, which covers Ordro DDV and HDV series, Pamiel DDV and HD models, plus select Praktica, Rollei and Rich units. The charger draws 5 V at 2–3 A through either Micro-USB or USB-C, so confirm your power source can supply 15 W. No battery is included in the pack.

Steady 800 mA Output per Slot

Each bay delivers a constant 4.2 V at 800 mA whether one or two cells are inserted, so charge current does not taper when the second slot is populated. The LCD shows real-time capacity for both channels, letting you monitor progress during long sessions. The NoMEM Li-Ion chemistry support prevents capacity loss from partial cycles.

Questions about this item

Does the Kastar LTD2 come with batteries or only the charger unit?

The pack contains one charger only; no battery is included, so you must supply compatible Li-Ion cells separately.

Which Ordro models are covered by the LB-060 plate on this charger?

The LB-060 plate fits Ordro DDV-5100HD PLUS, DDV-5200HD, DDV-5300HD, DDV-5500HD, DDV-5600HD, DDV-V8 and DDVV8 PLUS cameras.

What does the 800 mA output mean when charging two batteries at once?

Each bay delivers 800 mA simultaneously, so two batteries charge at the same rate as a single battery in one bay.
