Four NP-45 batteries and triple USB charger

The set includes four lithium-ion batteries rated at 3.7 V and 1400 mAh each, plus a charger that can power three cells at once. It targets Fujifilm FinePix owners who need spare power for daily shooting or travel.

LCD charger with 5 V 2 A input

The charger accepts 5 V 2 A from a USB wall adapter, car charger or computer and delivers 4.2 V 0.5 A to each of its three slots. An integrated LCD shows the charge status and capacity of every battery during the cycle.

Micro USB cable included for flexible power

A Micro USB cable ships in the box so the charger can draw power from common USB sources without a proprietary brick. The pack replaces Fujifilm NP-45, NP-45A, NP-45B and NP-45S cells and works with BC-45 and BC-45B chargers.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the LCD triple charger and which orientation do people get wrong?

Connect the Micro USB cable to a 5 V 2 A USB wall charger or computer port, then insert up to three NP-45 batteries with the contacts facing down so the LCD shows each slot's status.

When will the four NP-45 batteries need replacing and how can I tell?

Each 1400 mAh 3.7 V cell typically lasts 300 to 500 charge cycles; the LCD capacity read-out drops noticeably when a battery no longer holds a full 5.18 Wh charge.

What is the first limit reached when charging three batteries continuously?

The charger outputs 0.5 A per slot, so sustained triple charging is capped at the 10 W input limit of the 5 V 2 A USB supply.
