Kit Contents

The Kastar NP-BK1 kit supplies one LCD USB triple charger and four lithium-ion batteries. Each cell delivers 3.6V and 1200mAh for compatible Sony Cyber-shot and Bloggie cameras. Photographers who need several ready spares for a day of shooting will find the bundle convenient.

Capacity and Headroom

Four packs rated at 4.32 Wh each give enough reserve for extended casual use without swapping cells. The triple charger replenishes three batteries at once from a 5V 2A source, so downtime stays short. Users who regularly drain more than three packs in a single session will need additional chargers or more batteries.

USB Charging Limits

The charger draws up to 10W through a Micro USB cable and outputs 4.2V at 0.5A per slot. It works with USB wall adapters, car chargers or a computer port, but cannot charge all four batteries simultaneously. Owners who require faster per-cell rates or four-bay charging must look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the LCD triple charger power my Sony NP-BK1 batteries while I still use the original Sony BC-CSK charger for spares?

Yes, the Kastar charger accepts the same NP-BK1 and NP-FK1 cells and can charge three simultaneously via any 5 V 2 A USB source, so you can keep using the BC-CSK for other packs.

How do I confirm each NP-BK1 cell is charging correctly on the LCD display?

The intelligent LCD shows real-time charging status and capacity percentage for every slot; when all three read full the 3.6 V 1200 mAh batteries are ready.

Does the kit include a USB wall adapter or only the micro-USB cable?

The box contains one triple LCD charger, four NP-BK1 lithium-ion batteries and a micro-USB cable; a 5 V 2 A USB wall or car adapter must be purchased separately.
