This kit supplies two Kastar NP-FS11 lithium-ion batteries rated at 3.7 volts and 1900 milliampere-hours each, together with an LTD2 dual-slot charger. It targets owners of legacy Sony camcorders and digital cameras such as the DCR-PC series, TRV1VE and DSC-F505 models who need replacement power sources.

LCD display and dual-input charging

The charger accepts 5 volt input at up to 3 amperes through either Micro-USB or USB-C and can charge both batteries simultaneously at 800 milliamperes per slot. An intelligent LED screen shows real-time charging status and remaining capacity, while swappable plates allow the unit to accommodate other compatible battery types.

Limited to 3.7 V Li-Ion cells

The charger outputs 4.2 volts maximum and is designed only for single-cell lithium-ion packs of the NP-FS11 family. It cannot charge higher-voltage battery formats, nickel-metal-hydride cells or proprietary packs that require a different charge algorithm. Users needing multi-chemistry support or faster than 800 milliampere-per-slot rates must look elsewhere.
