Dual-bay charger for Sony NP-FZ100

The Kastar NP-FZ100 charger powers two NP-FZ100 batteries simultaneously from a single 5V 2-3A USB source. It delivers 8.4V at 800mA per bay and reaches 15W total input. An LCD panel shows real-time capacity for each cell. Micro-USB and USB-C inputs are provided with a Micro-USB cable included.

Check your power source and battery stock

Verify you have a USB charger or power bank rated for at least 5V 2A to reach the 15W input. Confirm the batteries you own are genuine Sony NP-FZ100 or compatible clones; other pack shapes will not fit the fixed bays. The unit ships without batteries, so ensure you already possess the cells you intend to charge.

Suits Sony shooters with multiple NP-FZ100 packs

Ideal for photographers and videographers using Alpha 1, A7 IV, A7R V, FX3 or FX30 bodies who carry several NP-FZ100 batteries and want a compact travel charger. Not for users who need to charge other battery formats, require faster than 800mA per bay, or want an AC wall adapter included in the box.

Questions about this item

Does the Kastar NP-FZ100 charger include any batteries or only the charging unit?

The package contains one dual charger unit and a Micro-USB cable; batteries are not included and must be purchased separately.

Which version should I choose if I want to charge two Sony NP-FZ100 packs simultaneously from a USB power source?

This single model features dual slots that charge two NP-FZ100 batteries at once via Micro-USB or USB-C input at 5 V 2-3 A.

What does the 15 W input rating mean for real-world charging time of a depleted NP-FZ100 battery?

At 8.4 V and 800 mA per slot the charger delivers up to 15 W total, so one battery charges in roughly three hours and two in about the same span.
