Kastar PSP-110S 4-Pack Battery & LTD2 USB Charger

This set includes four lithium-ion replacement batteries and a dual-slot USB charger for Sony PSP 2000 and 3000 series consoles. Each battery provides 3.7 volts and 1200mAh capacity, matching the original PSP-S110 specification. The charger powers from any 5V USB source and can replenish two cells simultaneously.

Suits owners of PSP 2000 through 3010 models

The kit works with every model listed from PSP 2000 to PSP 3010, including Lite and Slim variants. It will not fit earlier handheld revisions, so buyers with those units should look elsewhere. Travellers benefit from the compact charger that accepts both Micro-USB and Type-C input.

1200mAh capacity per cell

Each battery stores 4.4 watt-hours at 3.7 volts, delivering the same runtime as the stock PSP-S110 pack. The charger outputs 4.2 volts at 800mA per slot and shows charge status on an integrated LCD. This capacity figure is the key metric for comparing runtime against other replacements.

Questions about this item

How do I install the PSP-110S batteries and what step is often missed?

Slide each 1200mAh 3.7V cell into the PSP battery compartment until the latch clicks; the step often missed is fully seating the connector so the console recognises the 4.4Wh capacity.

What maintenance will the LTD2 charger and batteries need later?

Keep the Micro-USB and Type-C ports free of dust; the 1200mAh Li-Ion packs gradually lose capacity after many charge cycles, so replace them when run-time becomes too short.

What limit appears first during extended charging sessions?

The LTD2 charger outputs 800mA per slot at 4.2V from a 5V 2-3A 15W input, so sustained dual-bay charging is capped by that 800mA rate and the charger’s thermal limits.
