200 pre-cut parchment sheets

Katbite supplies 200 pre-cut sheets sized at 9x13 inches, each made from 45 gsm paper that is roughly 12 per cent thicker than typical 35 or 40 gsm alternatives. The heavy-duty construction resists tearing when lifting baked goods from trays. Sheets arrive flat and ready to use without the curling common to rolled parchment.

Double silicone coating

A food-grade silicone layer on both sides creates a non-stick surface that lets cookies, vegetables and other items slide off without added oil. The coating also makes the paper oil-proof so grease does not soak through to the pan. Cleanup is reduced to discarding the used sheet.

-68 °F to 450 °F range

The paper withstands freezer temperatures down to -68 °F and oven heat up to 450 °F (230 °C), covering microwave, air-fryer and conventional baking tasks. It is not suited for direct contact with heating elements or for applications exceeding the stated maximum temperature.
