This Katbite set supplies two half-sheet mats measuring 11 5/8 by 16 1/2 inches and one quarter-sheet mat measuring 11 1/2 by 8 1/2 inches. Each mat is 0.7 mm thick and made from Wacker food-grade silicone with a fiberglass core. The silicone is BPA free, non-toxic and odorless. The mats are microwave safe and reusable by hand wash.

Replaces Parchment Paper and Thinner Liners

The 0.7 mm thickness is roughly double the 0.3 mm found on many standard mats, so the sheets resist slipping and wrinkling on the tray. They withstand temperatures from minus 40 degrees Fahrenheit to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (minus 40 to 260 degrees Celsius) and are safe for oven, microwave and dishwasher use. The non-stick surface releases cookies, macarons, bread and pastry without added grease.
