Adjustable steel cargo bar with rubber end pads secures loads from 45 to 70 inches wide
The Keeper cargo bar is a steel load-restraint tool designed for pickup beds, van floors and trailer decks. Its round 1-1/8 in. by 1 in. tubing telescopes from 45 to 70 inches and locks in place with square rubber end pads that grip the side walls. The 34-3/4 in. body width and 6-1/2 in. overall width keep the bar centred while the 3-1/4 in. by 2-5/8 in. pads spread pressure to protect panels.
A fixed bar only fits one bed width; this unit covers the full 45 to 70 in. range so one tool works across multiple vehicles. The jump is worth it when you regularly switch between a mid-size truck, a full-size van and a utility trailer, or when rope tensioners slip under heavy vibration. It is not suited for buyers who need a permanent track-mounted system or a bar that stores flush against the cab.
Measured against everything we stock in Utility & Specialty Hand Tools, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

Each end pad measures 3-1/4 In. by 2-5/8 In., providing a broad contact surface against the vehicle walls.
Extend the round steel tubing until the spring-loaded pin clicks into the nearest hole, then tighten the handle firmly to lock the bar against both surfaces.
