Wireless CarPlay conversion

This adapter converts a factory wired CarPlay system to wireless operation for iPhone 7 and later models running iOS 10 or higher. It supports navigation, music, calls, Siri and messaging through the vehicle's existing display. The unit weighs 0.068 kilograms and includes both USB-A and USB-C extension cables for flexible placement.

Compatibility limits

Suitable for drivers with vehicles that already offer wired CarPlay and want cable-free convenience. Not compatible with BMW or Tesla vehicles, nor with any car lacking factory wired CarPlay. Android phones are not supported, and video streaming apps such as YouTube or Netflix will not function through this device.

Connection requirement

The adapter must be plugged into the vehicle's USB data port rather than a charge-only port to establish the wireless link. After the initial Bluetooth and Wi-Fi pairing, it reconnects automatically within seconds whenever the iPhone is detected.
