Five-colour 4 mm banana plugs

This pack contains ten straight-blade banana plugs rated at 32 A and 250 V. The contacts are phosphor bronze with 2.0 M pure gold plating over brass, and the spring is 301 stainless steel. Insulation uses PA6 nylon with a V0 flame-retardant rating and POM push-buttons. The plugs accept wire cross-sections from 0.2 to 2.5 mm² with a 10 mm stripping length.

Replaces screw-terminal or soldered connections

The push-button design lets you insert stripped wire to the bottom of the jack and lock it by releasing the button, removing the need for tools or solder. This is worth the change when you need quick, repeatable connections for test leads, speaker cables or prototype wiring that must stay secure under vibration. The gold-plated contact keeps resistance low over many mating cycles.

Limited to 32 A at 250 V and 85 °C

The plug housing and spring are rated for continuous operation up to 85 °C, so the assembly must not be used in environments that exceed this temperature. The 0.2–2.5 mm² wiring range sets the maximum conductor size, and the 32 A rating applies only when the contact is fully seated and the wire gauge is adequate. No higher voltage, current or temperature is supported by this design.
