Rechargeable Pin Moisture Meter

The KEHIPI meter measures moisture in wood, walls, cement, and plaster using replaceable pins. A tri-colour display shows green, yellow, or red zones alongside a percentage readout. Audible and visual alarms activate when thresholds are exceeded. The rechargeable battery removes the need for disposable cells.

Woodworkers and DIY homeowners

This tool suits carpenters checking firewood or flooring and owners hunting damp behind plaster. It is not suited for non-invasive scans that leave surfaces unmarked. Buyers needing pinless radio-frequency sensing should consider other instruments.

Four calibration scales and hold function

Four wood-group scales adjust the reading for softwood, hardwood, and dense timber densities. The hold button freezes the displayed value for recording or sharing. This combination decides whether the meter matches the materials you test.
