Large RGB Desk Mat

The KEHIPI RGB mouse pad measures 35.4 by 15.8 inches and covers the area needed for a full-sized keyboard and mouse. It is powered by a USB connection and requires no driver installation. The surface uses a Lycra cloth layer over a rubber base. A single button cycles through lighting modes and brightness levels. The pad remembers the last mode used after power is removed.

Non-Slip Base and Surface

The underside features a grooved natural rubber texture that grips the desktop firmly during use. This keeps the mat stable for precise mouse tracking and prevents keyboard movement. The cloth top layer provides a consistent glide for optical and laser sensors. The mat is 0.12 inches thick and includes a matching 3.9-inch cup coaster. A 1.8-meter USB cable is supplied for power.

USB Power and Lighting Limits

The pad draws power from a standard 5V USB port, so it must remain plugged in to illuminate. Fourteen lighting modes are available, including seven static colours, wave patterns, breathing effects and an off mode. Brightness is adjustable in steps via the same control button. No software customisation or wireless operation is supported. The mat functions as a regular mouse surface when unpowered.

Questions about this item

What does the USB 5 V power supply limit in practice?

The pad draws power from a standard 5 V USB port, so lighting brightness and effects are capped by that port's current limit; no external adapter is needed.

What desk space does the 35.4 x 15.8 inch surface need to fit?

The mat measures 900 x 400 mm and sits flat on the desk; its 0.12 in thickness and grooved rubber base grip without requiring extra clearance or mounting hardware.

How is the RGB pad installed and which step do users often miss?

Plug the 1.8 m USB cable into a 5 V port, press once to turn on, then press and hold three seconds to turn off; the memory function recalls the last mode, so reconnecting does not need re-selection.
