Ready-to-use FRS radio pack

Four KEHIPI RT19 units ship pre-programmed on 22 FRS channels so families or small crews can talk immediately without licensing or complex setup. The 1300 mAh cells deliver over 14 hours of frequent use and the 2-in-1 USB cable charges two radios at once from any standard port. FCC ID 2ASNSRT19 confirms Part 95 compliance for legal US operation.

Pocket build integration

Each radio measures 4.8 x 1.96 x .7 inches and weighs .15 lb, sliding into a jacket pocket or clipping to a belt via the supplied metal clip without pulling clothing. The included earpieces keep conversations private and free both hands for skiing, farm work or event coordination. No external antenna, programming cable or software is required to start talking.

Range and runtime headroom

Line-of-sight coverage reaches 1300 meters on open ground; buildings, trees or terrain will reduce that distance. The 1300 mAh pack sustains a full day of intermittent chatter but will not support multi-day expeditions without recharging. VOX hands-free mode and battery-save circuitry extend talk time, yet continuous high-volume use will drain the cells sooner.

Questions about this item

Does the radio get hot or noisy when running continuously for a full day?

The unit has a time-out timer and battery-save function to limit heat and power draw; no fan is fitted so it runs silently.

What charging equipment must I already have to power the four radios?
