Compact two-pack for licence-free group use

The KEHIPI RT22 pair operates on FRS frequencies with 16 channels so families, campers and small crews can talk straight from the box without a licence. Each handset weighs 108 grams and fits in a pocket or on a belt clip for easy carry.

Replaces bulkier analogue sets when weight matters

If your current radios are heavy, lack Type-C charging or need disposable cells, the RT22 moves you to a 1000 mAh built-in pack good for 10 hours and a single cable shared with phones. The jump is worth it when you want lighter kit and simpler charging on day trips.

Check FRS coverage and accessory fit before ordering

FRS range tops out at 3 mile in open ground; buildings, hills or dense trees will cut that distance. The radios are not water resistant, so they need shelter in rain. Verify the included earpiece connector matches your preferred headset and that VOX sensitivity suits your noise level.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the KEHIPI RT22 to a belt or pack?

The radio includes a belt clip on its ABS body; slide the clip over a belt or pack strap until it clicks, and the 108-gram weight keeps it secure without sagging.

What is the correct way to pair two RT22 units on the same channel?

Power both radios on, press the menu button until the channel number flashes, use the up/down keys to select the same one of the 16 channels, then press PTT to confirm — skipping the confirmation step leaves them on different channels.

When should I replace the built-in battery in the RT22?

The 1000mAh cell is sealed inside the housing; when a full Type-C charge no longer delivers the rated 10 hours of talk time, the entire unit must be replaced.
