Four-pack FRS radios for group use

The KEHIPI RT22 two-way radio comes in a four-pack and operates on the licence-free FRS band with 16 selectable channels. Each unit is water-resistant and weighs 1.62 lb, making the set practical for families, hikers, campers or small-business crews who need simple push-to-talk coordination without a radio licence.

16-channel FRS compatibility decides fit

The single specification that determines whether this pack suits a buyer is the 16-channel FRS frequency plan. It communicates with any other FRS 16-channel radio such as the H-777, RT68, RT21 or RT22S, so existing fleets using those models can be expanded. Buyers who need more channels, a different band or encrypted digital modes cannot use this set.

Pocket-sized design with USB-C charging

Each radio measures .83 in x 2.2 in x 5.35 in and clips to a belt with a separate clip that stays in place when the handset is removed. The USB-C port recharges the internal battery for roughly 10 hours of operation, and the 300 mW speaker with squelch delivers clear audio. The short thumb-length antenna reduces snag hazards, freeing pockets and belt space for other gear.

Questions about this item

How far will the 2 mile range actually reach inside a building or around hills?

The 2 mile figure applies to open terrain; walls, trees and elevation changes will reduce usable distance significantly.

What does the FRS 16-channel limit mean for daily use?

You have 16 licence-free FRS channels shared with all compatible radios such as H-777, RT68, RT21 and RT22S.

Will the 0.83 in x 2.2 in x 5.35 in body fit a standard belt clip or pocket?

Yes, the compact dimensions and separate clip design let it sit in a pocket or on a belt without removing the clip to talk.
