Six-pack FRS radios for teams

This set includes six KEHIPI RT68B two-way radios operating on the FRS band with 16 selectable channels. Each unit is water-resistant and built with ABS material rated to withstand a 1 m drop. The pack is aimed at schools, churches, security crews and other groups needing coordinated, licence-free voice communication.

Check power and accessory needs

The radios use a 1200 mAh Li-ion battery delivering up to 14.5 hours of active use or 30 hours on standby. A six-way desktop charger is included for simultaneous charging; a reversible Type-C port on each radio offers an alternative charging method, though the Type-C cable is not supplied. Verify that your workflow can accommodate the 1.37 in x 1.96 in x 4.56 in dimensions and that FRS channels are permitted in your region.

Thermals noise and power in normal use

The rugged ABS housing passively dissipates heat during extended shifts, so the radios remain comfortable to hold without active cooling. Voice-activated VOX with seven sensitivity levels enables hands-free operation without adding mechanical noise. Receive audio passes through a nine-level squelch to suppress background hiss, while the emergency alarm function draws minimal extra current from the battery.

Questions about this item

Does the 6-pack include everything I need to start using the radios, or do I need to buy cables separately?

The box contains six RT68B radios, six earpieces, a six-way desktop charger and a Type-C port on each unit; a Type-C cable is not included, so you will need to supply your own cable or use the desktop charger.

Should I choose this 6-pack or a smaller set for a team that needs 16 channels and 30-hour standby?

This 6-pack gives you six identical FRS radios with 16 channels, 1200 mAh batteries rated for 14.5 hours use and 30 hours standby, plus a single six-way charger — ideal if you need to equip six people at once.

What does the 30-hour standby figure mean when the radios are used on a real job site?

With the 1200 mAh battery, each radio can sit idle for up to 30 hours; active talk time is about 14.5 hours, so a full shift is covered and the six-way charger tops all units overnight.
