Handheld Console Dock
The KEHIPI V258A adds five ports to Steam Deck, ROG Ally or Legion Go via a single USB-C connection. It provides HDMI 2.0 video, three USB 3.0 ports and a USB-C PD 3.0 input for charging while you play. The compact unit weighs 250 grams and measures 6.1 in x 2.7 in x 1.0 in for easy transport.
Thermals and Power
The dock passes up to 100 W of USB-C PD 3.0 power to the host device. Steam Deck charges at its 45 W limit while ROG Ally reaches 65 W with BIOS 323. No active cooling is built in so the aluminium body dissipates heat silently during normal use.
Connectivity and Build
Three USB 3.0 ports run at 5 Gbps for gamepads, keyboards, mice or external drives. HDMI 2.0 delivers 4K at 60 Hz when both cable and display support the standard. The portable chassis requires no external power brick beyond the console's own charger.

Questions about this item
How do I connect the dock to my Steam Deck and which step is often missed?
Plug the dock's USB-C cable into the console, then connect an HDMI 2.0 cable to a 4K display; the step users miss is setting the game resolution to 4K in the system settings.
Will the USB-C power port or HDMI connector wear out first with daily docking?
The USB-C PD 3.0 port handles up to 100 W insertion cycles and typically wears before the HDMI 2.0 connector under repeated daily use.
What limits 4K 60 Hz output during a long gaming session?
Sustained 4K 60 Hz requires both the HDMI cable and display to meet the 2.0 standard; if either falls back to an older spec the signal drops to a lower refresh rate.
