24K Gold Straight Blade Plugs

KEHIPI WG-008/5 supplies five pairs of banana plugs with 24K gold-plated contacts and crimping teeth. The gold plating resists corrosion for long-term durability. A ring-lock design and special teeth grip wire securely to maintain optimum signal transfer.

Installers needing secure speaker connections

These plugs accept wire up to 8 AWG with 10 AWG suggested for best fit. The wider base reduces the risk of accidental shorting. Users requiring connectors for larger gauge cable or different termination styles should consider other options.

Gold plating and ring-lock hardware

The 24K gold finish on both connector and teeth preserves conductivity over time. The ring-lock mechanism and toothed crimp hold the conductor firmly without soldering. The wider base spacing helps prevent shorts between adjacent terminals.

Questions about this item

What wire gauge do I need to already have for these 8 AWG maximum plugs?

They accept up to 8 AWG wire; 10 AWG is suggested for the best fit.

Will the 24K gold contacts work reliably with my older speaker terminals?

Yes, the gold-plated connector and crimping teeth resist corrosion and maintain a tight, low-resistance connection on legacy binding posts.

How can I confirm the ring-lock is seated correctly after crimping?

The special teeth and ring-lock mechanism should grip the wire firmly with no visible play, and the wider base should sit flush against the terminal to prevent shorting.
