8 lb Europaste Tire Lubricant Bucket

This Ken Tool 35848 Europaste lubricant comes in an 8 lb bucket for professional tire mounting and demounting. The vegetable based formula dries to a tacky consistency that prevents rim slippage during installation. A built in rust inhibitor protects wheel surfaces from corrosion. The bucket provides enough paste for multiple service jobs.

Vegetable based paste with rust inhibitor

Apply the paste to the rim and wheel assembly before mounting or demounting tires to reduce friction and prevent damage. The tacky finish keeps the tire bead seated securely while you work. Because the formula is vegetable based it cleans up easily without harsh solvents. The rust inhibitor adds a protective layer on metal surfaces during the process.

Upgrade from liquid soaps or basic pastes

Shops still using plain soap solutions or lubricants without rust protection will see fewer rim marks and less corrosion with this product. The tacky consistency eliminates the run off common with thinner liquids. The 8 lb bucket replaces frequent small container purchases for high volume tyre bays. It is not suited for applications that require a sprayable or aerosol lubricant.

Questions about this item

How long does the 8 lb bucket last under daily tire-mounting work?

The 8 lb bucket provides enough vegetable-based paste for many mount and demount cycles; exact duration depends on the number and size of tires serviced each day.

Does the paste get hot, smelly or messy when used continuously in a busy shop?

The vegetable-based formula stays at ambient temperature, has no strong odour and dries to a tacky film that resists slinging off the rim during extended use.

What tools or equipment must I already have to apply this Europaste lubricant?

A standard tyre-mounting machine or hand tools such as tyre irons and a brush or swab for spreading the paste onto the bead and rim flange.
