Edge-to-Edge Privacy for 38-Inch 21:9 Monitors

This Kensington filter fits 38-inch ultrawide displays with a 21:9 aspect ratio. It accommodates bezel-less, edge-to-edge screens without gaps. The panel narrows the viewing angle to ±30°, limiting visibility from the sides. It also filters out up to 52% of harmful blue light rays.

Suited for Open-Plan Work and Sensitive Data

Professionals handling confidential information in shared offices or public spaces benefit from the restricted viewing angle. The anti-reflective coating reduces glare under bright lighting. Users who require wide collaborative viewing angles or maximum screen brightness should look at other solutions. The reversible design offers a choice between matte and glossy finishes.

Mounts on Curved Ultrawide Displays

The filter is designed for curved monitors matching the 38-inch 21:9 form factor. It attaches using frameless tab holders for quick removal or double-sided tape for a permanent setup. Military-grade wipe-down protection allows repeated cleaning. The accessory adds privacy and blue-light reduction without permanent modification to the display.

Questions about this item

Will this filter cover the full 38-inch 21:9 panel without leaving gaps on a bezel-less monitor?

Yes, it is designed to accommodate edge-to-edge monitors with no gaps, matching a 38-inch 21:9 curved display.

Can I still use my existing frameless tab holders or do I need new mounting hardware for this filter?

The filter includes its own frameless tab holders for quick removal and double-sided tape for a permanent setup; no extra hardware is required.

How can I verify the privacy effect is active once the filter is installed?

View the screen from beyond ±30° — content should become unreadable — and check that the anti-reflective coating cuts glare while the matte or glossy side faces you.
