Universal Tabletop Riser

The Kensington K50424WW is a silver tabletop laptop riser built from steel and aluminium with silicone pads. It supports devices up to 16 inches and a maximum load of 17.6 lbs. Height adjusts from 5.9 to 7.9 inches and the angle tilts from 0 to 45 degrees for ergonomic screen positioning. An open ventilation design promotes airflow while an under-base area stores peripherals.

Check Compatibility

Verify that your laptop screen size does not exceed 16 inches and that its weight stays within the 17.6 lb limit. Ensure your desk offers at least the 11 by 9 inch footprint and 8.3 inch height clearance for the riser. Confirm the silicone pads and safety ledge stopper suit your device base for stable, scratch-free placement.

Ideal For Fixed Desks

This riser suits users who want a permanent ergonomic lift with adjustable viewing angles and integrated cable airflow. It is not for buyers who need a portable fold-flat stand for travel, those requiring height beyond 7.9 inches, or anyone with laptops larger than 16 inches or heavier than 17.6 lbs.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box with the Kensington K50424WW riser, and is any assembly hardware or tool needed separately?

The package contains the fully assembled steel and aluminum riser with silicone anti-slip pads and a safety ledge stopper already fitted. No extra screws, tools or accessories are required to start using it.

Which height and angle settings should I choose for a 16-inch laptop on the K50424WW?

The riser adjusts continuously from 5.9 to 7.9 inches in height and from 0 to 45 degrees in angle; pick the combination that brings the top of your screen to eye level while keeping the keyboard comfortable.

How does the 17.6 lb load capacity translate to daily use with a 16-inch laptop on this riser?

A typical 16-inch notebook weighs well under the 17.6 lb limit, so the steel frame and aluminum arms will hold it securely at any chosen height and angle without flexing or tipping.
