Privacy Screen for 23 Inch Widescreen

The Kensington K55798WW privacy screen fits a 23 inch widescreen monitor to limit the viewing angle to plus or minus 30 degrees. It blocks side views so only the person directly in front can read the display. The accessory also reduces harmful blue light by up to 30 percent. It adds a layer of protection against scratches and fingerprints on the panel surface.

Upgrade from no filter or basic protector

This screen replaces an unprotected monitor or a simple anti-glare sheet that does not restrict visibility. The jump is worth it when you handle confidential data in open offices, shared workspaces or public areas. It is not for users who need wider viewing angles for collaborative screen sharing. It also does not suit monitors outside the 23 inch widescreen form factor.

Behaviour under daily use

The thin filter attaches with tab holders placed around the screen edge and stays in place during regular adjustment. Blue-light reduction and privacy performance remain consistent over long sessions. The surface continues to guard the panel against surface damage from dust and contact. Weight is 0.7 units.
