Ideal for thin laptops

The Kensington K60627WW Slim NanoSaver is a portable combination lock designed specifically for ultra-thin laptops. It provides a physical security anchor for devices that cannot accept traditional lock slots. Travelers and mobile professionals can secure their hardware in shared workspaces or public areas.

Slim NanoSaver form factor

The lock uses a slim-profile NanoSaver design that fits the narrow security slots found on modern thin-and-light notebooks. Its compact housing adds minimal bulk when attached. The combination mechanism removes the need to carry a separate key.

Sustained deterrence under daily use

The lock body resists casual tampering during extended periods unattended in cafés, libraries or hot-desk offices. The combination dials maintain their setting through repeated lock and unlock cycles. The cable and lock assembly stays secured to the device anchor point throughout the workday.

Questions about this item

How does the 4 mm lock head work with ultra-thin laptops?

The 4 mm lock head is engineered for slim devices so it engages the security slot without forcing the chassis or blocking adjacent ports.

What security standard does the NanoSaver combination lock follow?

It uses the Kensington Nano security slot standard, which limits the lock to devices that have a matching Nano slot.

What space does the lock need around the laptop’s security slot?

The low-profile head and rotating cable anchor require only a few millimetres of clearance beside the slot for insertion and cable routing.
