  • 10 inch depth supports palms without crowding keys

Duo Gel Wrist Rest

The Kensington K62678WW Duo Gel Keyboard Wrist Rest supports typists who want a softer surface for extended sessions. Its gel core and polyurethane cover aim to reduce wrist strain during long work periods.

Width and depth limits

At 17.72 inches wide and 4.10 inches deep, the pad matches full-size keyboards but leaves no extra room for a separate mouse. The 0.81 inch height raises the wrist a fixed amount that may not suit every typing angle.

Capacity and headroom

The single-piece design covers the keyboard span in one unit, simplifying desk placement. Users needing independent adjustment for left and right hands or a lower profile will find the fixed dimensions limiting.

Questions about this item

Which width fits a standard full-size keyboard?

The 17.72-inch width spans the alphanumeric and navigation clusters of most full-size keyboards, leaving room for a mouse pad beside it.

How does the 0.81-inch height feel during long typing sessions?

The low-profile gel core keeps wrists neutral without forcing an exaggerated bend, reducing strain over extended use.

What does the polyurethane surface add to the gel base?

The polyurethane cover resists wear and stays cool, while the gel beneath distributes pressure evenly across the wrist.
