Target Devices

The Kensington K68130WW is a combination cable lock designed specifically for Surface Pro and Surface Go tablets. It secures the device to a fixed anchor point, deterring theft in shared or public environments. The lock uses a keyless four-dial mechanism for access control.

Upgrade From Basic Security

This lock replaces reliance on adhesive anchors or makeshift tethering methods that offer limited resistance. The jump is worth it when a device regularly leaves a controlled workspace and requires a verified locking slot attachment. It provides a dedicated security layer for compatible hardware.

Compatibility Check

Verify that the specific Surface model includes a Kensington NanoSaver or compatible lock slot before ordering. The lock cable length and anchor-point reach should suit the intended desk or mounting location. No driver installation or software configuration is required for operation.
