Slim USB keyboard for PC and Mac

The Kensington K72357USA Advance Fit is a full-size wired keyboard with a slim .75 inch profile. Scissor-key switches deliver quiet, precise feedback familiar to laptop users. Integrated numeric keypad and one-touch hot keys give instant access to volume, mute, sleep and internet functions. Compatible with Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, XP and Mac OS X 10.6 or later.

Replaces bulky desktop keyboards

The low-profile design suits cramped desks and users who prefer shorter key travel over traditional membrane height. Upgrade is worth it when you want quieter typing, a smaller footprint and dedicated media controls without installing drivers. Not for buyers who want mechanical switches, wireless freedom, programmable macros or a built-in palm rest.

Plug-and-play setup with adjustable tilt

Connect the USB cable and the keyboard works immediately on supported systems; no assembly or batteries required. Integrated stands raise the rear to a 30 degree angle for ergonomic comfort. Common issues include fixed cable length limiting placement and lack of key remapping software for advanced customisation.

Questions about this item

How much desk depth does the 0.75-inch slim profile and integrated tilt stands require when raised to 30 degrees?

The keyboard is 0.75 inches thin; integrated tilt stands raise it to a 30-degree angle for typing comfort, so allow enough depth for the angled footprint.

Does the USB plug-and-play connection need any driver install on Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 or Mac OS X 10.6 and later?

No assembly or driver installation is required; the wired USB interface works immediately on Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 and Mac OS X 10.6 and later.

Are the scissor-key switches or the USB cable user-replaceable if they wear out?

The scissor keys and USB cable are not user-replaceable; the keyboard has no removable keycaps or detachable cable, so the whole unit is replaced if either fails.
