Purpose and user

The Kensington K72392US is a 2.4 GHz RF wireless optical mouse designed for office and home use. Its ambidextrous shape suits both right-handed and left-handed users. Silent clicking helps keep shared spaces quiet. A storable nano receiver plugs into a USB port for plug-and-play operation.

Sustained behaviour

The 1000 dpi optical sensor delivers consistent tracking during long work sessions. An on/off switch and low-battery indicator help manage power over extended periods. The RF link maintains a stable connection without the latency spikes that can affect some wireless peripherals.

Compatibility check

Verify that your system runs Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 or Mac OS 10.5 through 10.8 and provides a free USB port for the receiver. No additional drivers are required. Buyers needing programmable buttons or higher DPI settings should consider other models.
