Kensington L56001C Standard Mouse Pad Black

Standard mouse pad for daily use

The Kensington L56001C is a basic black mouse pad designed for everyday office or home computing. It provides a consistent surface for optical and laser mice without requiring any software or drivers. The product suits anyone who wants a simple, no‑frills accessory that works immediately out of the box.

Flat layout installs in seconds

Place the pad on a clean, level desk and it stays put during normal use. No adhesive, clips or power connection are needed, so setup takes only a moment. The only common issue is dust or debris under the pad, which can cause slight movement; wiping the desk first prevents this.

Check desk space and surface type

Measure the available area on your desk to confirm the pad will fit alongside your keyboard and other gear. Verify that the desk finish is smooth and non‑porous so the pad’s base can grip properly. Buyers who need a larger mousing area or a wrist rest should consider a different accessory.
