AC adapter for BestCare TiMotion lifts

This 28.8V AC adapter powers BestCare patient lifts that use the TiMotion TC12 control system. It replaces the original WP-TP7C-ADP supply for models PL400EF, SA400, SA500, PL182, PL228 and PL400HE. The unit accepts 100V to 240V AC input for worldwide use.

Continuous charging under load

The adapter delivers a steady 28.8V DC output while the lift operates, keeping the battery topped up during repeated patient transfers. It is built for the duty cycle of a care environment rather than short bursts, so the output remains stable across multiple lifts in a shift.

Direct replacement for TC12 systems

This supply fits only the new-style TiMotion TC12 electronics introduced since mid-2017. It does not fit BestCare Legacy or Performance models, so buyers with older control boxes must source a different adapter. The jump is worth it when the original WP-TP7C-ADP unit has failed or been lost.

Questions about this item

The adapter is a sealed AC-DC supply with no fan; it runs silently and only becomes warm to the touch during extended charge cycles.

Which specific lift models must I already own for this WP-TP7C-ADP charger to connect and function?

It fits BestCare TiMotion TC12 control systems on PL400EF, SA400, SA500, PL182, PL228 and PL400HE lifts manufactured since mid-2017.

Will this 28.8V unit charge a legacy BestCare lift that uses the older performance-series electronics?

No — the supplier notes it does not fit BestCare Legacy or Performance products, only the TiMotion TC12 models listed.
