Swashbuckling Adventure Game

En Garde! is a downloadable PC adventure game published by Kepler Interactive and developed by Fireplace Games SAS. Players take on the role of Adalia de Volador, a legendary swashbuckler who uses sword-fighting and wit to oppose tyranny. The game releases on 15 August 2023 and requires a Steam account for activation and play. It is aimed at players who enjoy comedic action and environmental combat.

Digital Delivery and Platform Requirements

As a downloadable title, the product has no physical components, so thermals, noise and power draw are determined entirely by the host computer running Steam. The Steam DRM client manages installation, updates and licence verification online. An internet connection is needed for the initial activation and for any subsequent downloads or patches.

Steam Account and Language Support

Activation requires a third-party Steam account; the supplier references Steam support article 5414-TFBN-1352 for the redemption process. The game provides spoken English dialogue with subtitle and menu options in English, French, German and Spanish. Buyers who want offline play without a Steam account or who prefer a physical disc cannot use this product.
