Desk mat for dual-setup workspaces

The Keychron D-4817-Black desk mat measures 48 by 17.2 inches and is 2mm thick. Its rectangular PU leather surface covers enough area for two computers, a laptop, keyboard and mouse. The suede backing provides a non-slip grip that keeps the mat in place during use. It is designed for single-side use only.

Sustained surface behaviour under daily load

The water-resistant PU leather repels spilled drinks, ink and other liquids without soaking through. Stains, oils and grease wipe away with a damp cloth, leaving the surface ready for continued work. The material resists scratches and scuffs from repeated mouse movements and keyboard vibration. No odours develop over extended periods on the desk.

Compatibility checks before ordering

Verify that your desk top offers at least 48 by 17 inches of flat, unobstructed space for the mat to lay flat. Confirm you are comfortable with a single-sided design; the suede backing is not intended as a working surface. Ensure the 2mm profile suits your preferred writing and mousing feel. Buyers needing a thicker cushion or a reversible mat should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 2 mm thick PU leather surface stay flat and resist curling after being unrolled all day?

The mat is designed to lay flat immediately and the suede backing adds 70 % more friction so it will not slide or curl during extended use.

Does the 48 x 17 inch mat require any adhesive or mounting hardware to stay in place on a glass desk?

No adhesive is needed; the suede back grips glass or wood securely on its own.

Can I keep using my existing wired mouse and mechanical keyboard on this mat without tracking issues?

Yes, the smooth PU leather surface works with optical and laser mice and provides a stable base for any keyboard.
