Desk protection and mouse surface

The Keychron DE-LeatherMAT-S is an artificial leather desk mat sized at 31.5 by 15.7 inches with a 2mm thickness. It covers a keyboard, mouse and small accessories while shielding the desk from scratches, heat and liquid spills. The dark grey finish suits both home and office environments.

Waterproof surface and stable base

The synthetic leather top repels moisture and stains, allowing quick cleaning with a damp cloth. A suede backing grips the tabletop to prevent unwanted sliding during typing or gaming sessions. No power or active cooling is involved, so the mat adds no noise or heat to the setup.

Fits compact to mid-sized desks

At 80 by 40 centimetres the mat leaves room for a monitor stand or laptop on smaller surfaces while still providing full mouse travel. The slim profile does not interfere with keyboard feet or wrist rests. Buyers needing coverage for wider dual-monitor desks or larger hot-swappable keyboard layouts should consider the larger sizes in the same range.

Questions about this item

How do I position the 31.5''x15.7'' mat so the suede back grips the desk?

Wipe the desk clean, then lay the mat with the suede side down and press from the centre outward to remove air pockets; the 0.38 kg weight keeps it flat.

What cleaning routine keeps the synthetic leather surface in good condition?

Wipe spills immediately with a damp cloth; the waterproof surface resists stains and does not require special cleaners.

At what point does the 2 mm thickness stop cushioning the wrist during long sessions?

The 2 mm profile provides a firm, consistent feel; it does not compress further, so cushioning remains constant over time.
