Keychron Distressed Leather Desk Mat

The Keychron ET-ZD-01 is a large desk mat made from distressed PU leather. It measures 36 by 17 inches and is 1.8mm thick. The brown surface covers a full keyboard, mouse and accessories while protecting the desktop from scratches and spills. A suede base keeps the mat from sliding during use.

Waterproof surface and non-slip base

The PU leather top resists water, oil and abrasion and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. The 1.8mm thickness cushions wrists while typing or writing. A suede backing grips the desk so the mat stays in place during fast mouse movements. A leather snap band is included for rolled storage.

Stable platform for extended sessions

The mat maintains its flat shape and grip over long periods of typing, gaming or office work. The waterproof layer continues to block liquid through repeated cleanings. The distressed leather finish develops character with use without losing its protective qualities. The snap band allows quick packing for transport.

Questions about this item

How do I unroll the 36"x 17" mat so it lies flat without curled edges?

Unroll the mat on a clean desk, smooth it out by hand, and let the 1.8mm PU leather settle for a few hours; the non-slip suede base will then grip the surface and hold it flat.

What cleaning routine keeps the distressed PU leather surface looking consistent over time?

Wipe spills immediately with a damp cloth, then dry with a soft towel; avoid harsh chemicals so the vintage texture and waterproof coating stay intact.

At what point does the non-slip suede base lose grip during long gaming sessions?

The suede base maintains friction as long as the desk stays free of dust and oils; heavy moisture or debris underneath is the first thing that reduces hold.
