Desk Mat for Keyboard and Mouse

The Keychron FYD-3115-Beige desk mat measures 31.5 by 15.7 inches and covers a compact desk area for keyboard and mouse use. Its beige PU leather surface protects the desktop from scratches, stains, spills and heat. The 2mm thickness provides a firm yet comfortable writing and typing platform. A suede backing increases friction resistance by 81 percent compared with double-sided leather pads to keep the mat in place.

Waterproof Surface and Cleaning

The waterproof PU leather repels liquids so spills can be wiped away with a dry or damp cloth without soaking through. This protects the desk finish from moisture damage and keeps the mat looking clean during daily use. The smooth surface also doubles as a large mouse pad, removing the need for a separate pad. Stains and dust are removed quickly without special cleaners.

Check Desk Dimensions Before Ordering

Verify that your desk top offers at least 31.5 by 15.7 inches of flat space for the mat to lie fully supported. The suede backing grips best on smooth, non-textured surfaces such as laminate, glass or painted wood. Ensure the 2mm profile does not interfere with monitor stands, keyboard trays or under-desk cable routing. The mat is not sized for larger desks that need 35-inch or wider coverage.

Questions about this item

Will the PU leather surface need any conditioning or replacement over time?

The waterproof PU leather only needs a damp cloth for spills or dust; no conditioning or scheduled replacement is required.

What is the first limit you hit when using the mat continuously all day?

The 2 mm thickness sets the cushioning limit; after prolonged typing the firm feel does not increase.

Does the mat generate heat or noise when left on the desk for a full workday?

It produces no heat or noise; the non-slip suede backing simply keeps the 31.5 by 15.7 inch surface in place.
