PR45 Silicone Wrist Rest 14.09" TKL

The Keychron PR45 is a silicone wrist rest sized at 14.09 inches for tenkeyless keyboards. It supports Keychron K8, K8 Pro, K8 Max, K8 HE, C1, C1 Pro and L4 models. The honeycomb base grips the desk to stop the pad from sliding during use.

Suited to TKL users wanting wrist relief

Typists and gamers using compatible Keychron TKL boards gain a soft, edgeless surface that reduces strain over long sessions. Buyers with full-size or smaller layouts will find the length unsuitable. The silicone material attracts dust and lint, so it is not ideal for low-maintenance setups.

14.09 inch length matches TKL layout

The single specification that decides fit is the 14.09 inch length, which aligns with the Keychron K8 and C1 series tenkeyless form factor. If your keyboard is shorter or longer, the rest will not cover the palm area correctly.

Questions about this item

How do I position the 14.09" PR45 wrist rest on my K8 keyboard so the honeycomb base grips properly?

Place it flush against the front edge of the keyboard on a clean, dry desk; the 36 cm by 8 cm honeycomb silicone base creates suction that holds it without adhesive, but dust or moisture under the pad breaks the grip.

What cleaning routine keeps the silicone surface from feeling tacky after weeks of use?

Rinse the 0.1 cm thick silicone pad with warm water, wipe with a lint-free cloth, then pat dry with a clean cloth to restore the smooth, non-sticky finish the manufacturer recommends.

At what point does the 0.34 kg wrist rest stop absorbing pressure during marathon typing sessions?

The 14.09 inch silicone layer compresses fully under sustained palm weight, so once the honeycomb cells bottom out — typically after several continuous hours — the cushioning effect plateaus and wrist relief diminishes.
