Keychron PR46 Silicone Wrist Rest for 60% Keyboards

The Keychron PR46 is a compact silicone wrist rest measuring 12.04 by 3.13 by 0.1 inches. It is designed to match the footprint of 60% mechanical keyboards such as the K12, Q4, Q60, Q60 Max, Q4 Pro, Q4 HE, V4 and V4 Max. The honeycomb-patterned base grips the desk surface to prevent sliding during use.

Suited for 60% keyboard owners wanting wrist relief

This rest supports users who experience wrist fatigue during long typing or gaming sessions on a compatible Keychron 60% board. The soft silicone surface and edgeless profile reduce pressure points while maintaining a stable position. Buyers using full-size, tenkeyless or other larger keyboards need a wider rest to cover the extra keys.

12.04-inch length matches 60% keyboard width

The critical specification is the 12.04-inch length, which aligns precisely with the width of the supported Keychron 60% models. If your keyboard is wider or narrower than this measurement, the rest will not provide full palm coverage or may overhang the desk edge.

Questions about this item

Which Keychron keyboards does the 12.04 x 3.13 in wrist rest fit?

The PR46 is made for Keychron K12, Q4, Q60, Q60 Max, Q4 Pro, Q4 HE, V4 and V4 Max models.

Will the honeycomb silicone base stay put on a glass desk?

The honeycomb pattern creates strong suction that grips smooth surfaces including glass so the rest does not slide.

How do I check the rest is still giving proper support after months of use?

Press the centre — it should spring back quickly and feel even; if a dent stays or the surface feels sticky, rinse with warm water and pat dry.
