Desk protection with PU leather

The Keychron PU Leather New-02 desk mat covers a 35.4 by 17 inch area with a 2mm thick faux leather surface. It shields the desktop from scratches, spills, heat and scuffs while providing a smooth writing and typing area. The black rectangular pad weighs 0.381 kilograms and arrives new.

Non-slip suede backing keeps it in place

The reverse side uses a special suede design that increases friction resistance by 70 percent compared to double-sided leather. This prevents the mat from sliding during mouse movements or keyboard use. No adhesives or clips are required to secure it.

Easy cleaning frees up maintenance time

Waterproof PU leather allows liquid, dust, grease and dirt to be wiped away with a cloth. A damp cloth handles heavier soiling without damaging the material. The single large surface replaces separate mouse pads and blotters, simplifying the desk setup for office or home use.

Questions about this item

What does the 35.4 by 17 inch surface give me on a real desk?

It covers a wide area so a full-size keyboard and mouse sit entirely on the mat, protecting the desk from scratches, spills and heat while keeping the mouse tracking surface consistent.

How does the PU leather top and suede back perform in daily use?

The faux leather top resists liquid, dust and grease and wipes clean with a cloth, while the suede underside increases grip by 70 percent over double-sided leather so the pad stays put.

Will the 2 mm thickness and 0.381 kg weight lie flat on my desk?

At 2 mm thin and 0.381 kg the mat adds almost no height, conforms to the desktop and the suede backing prevents curling or sliding during use.
