Desk Mat 36 x 16 Inches

The Keychron QB1466 is a rectangular desk mat measuring 36 by 16 inches with a 2mm thickness. It provides a broad surface that accommodates a keyboard, mouse, and other desktop items in a single protective layer. A retro checkered pattern in multicolour gives the mat a distinctive visual style.

Lycra Surface With Rubber Base

The top layer uses a Lycra fabric coating designed for smooth, low-friction mouse glide and spill resistance. A non-slip rubber base grips the desk to prevent the mat from shifting during use. Stitched edges are finished to resist fraying and degumming over extended periods.

Suits Full-Desk Coverage Seekers

Users wanting a single mat to cover a large desk area for typing, mousing, and writing will find the dimensions suitable. Buyers who need a compact pad for limited desk space or a specific gaming-surface texture should look at smaller or specialised alternatives.

Questions about this item

How much of a standard desk does the 36 x 16 inch pad actually cover?

At 36 by 16 inches it spans most of a typical office desktop, leaving room for a full-size keyboard, mouse and a few accessories without overhang.

What does the 2 mm thickness mean for mouse glide and wrist feel?

The slim 2 mm profile keeps the surface firm so optical sensors track cleanly while still giving a slight cushion for wrists during long sessions.

Will the 15.75 x 35.43 inch footprint fit on a 50 inch deep desk without blocking monitor stands?

Yes — the pad is 35.43 inches wide and 15.75 inches deep, so it sits comfortably on a 50 inch deep desk with plenty of space behind it for monitor arms or stands.
