Undetectable USB Mouse Jiggler

The Keychron RT301-Short-AF is a tiny USB device that keeps a computer awake by moving the cursor one pixel every five seconds. It appears to the operating system as a regular mouse, requiring no drivers or software installation. The unit weighs 1.6 grams and measures 0.75 by 0.55 by 0.2 inches.

Driver-free plug-and-play operation

Simply insert the jiggler into any USB port on a Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11 machine, Mac, Unix or Linux system to begin simulated activity immediately. No configuration steps are needed and the device does not interfere with normal mouse usage. It prevents automatic sleep, screen time-outs and status changes in communication apps.

Prevents away status during short breaks

The constant micro-movement keeps collaboration platforms such as Teams, Skype, Outlook, Zoom and Webex showing an online presence while you step away briefly. It is not suited for users who need actual pointer control or macro automation. The product includes a 12-month warranty period.

Questions about this item

How much does the cursor actually move on screen?

The cursor shifts one pixel every five seconds, small enough that most monitoring tools register it as normal mouse activity.

Which USB standard does the device use and what limits does that impose?

It plugs into a standard USB port and draws power directly from the host, so no external supply is needed and it works on any system with a free USB socket.

What physical space does the dongle need beside the port?

The unit measures 0.75 by 0.55 by 0.2 inches and weighs 1.6 grams, so it sits flush against the chassis without blocking adjacent ports.
