Universal laptop keyboard protection

The Keychron silicone cover measures 12.5 by 5.2 inches and fits 13.3 to 14 inch laptops. The transparent 0.3 mm film guards keys against dust, crumbs and liquid spills while preserving the original typing feel. Each pack contains five covers so you can replace a worn sheet or protect multiple devices.

Thin profile thermals and silent typing

At just 0.01 inch thick the silicone layer adds negligible thermal insulation and produces no fan noise or coil whine. The material draws no power and does not affect laptop temperatures during normal use. The anti-skid surface keeps the cover in place without adhesive residue.

Trim-to-fit flexibility for varied layouts

The 317 by 132 mm sheet can be cut with scissors to match non-standard keyboard arrangements. No extra tools or software are required for installation beyond a clean cloth. The pack of five covers frees you from buying single replacements when one wears out.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 12.5 x 5.2 inch silicone cover without trapping dust underneath?

Wipe the keyboard clean first, align the cover over the corresponding key positions, then press firmly several times across the entire surface to ensure the 0.3 mm thick silicone adheres fully without air pockets.

When will the five-pack of transparent protectors need replacing?

Replace a sheet once it shows permanent creases, tears, or loss of grip; the pack gives you four spares so a single laptop can be covered for years of daily dust and spill protection.

What is the first limitation you hit during long typing sessions with the 0.3 mm film?

The ultra-thin silicone preserves original key travel but adds a slight tackiness that can reduce finger glide speed after extended use compared to typing on bare keys.
