L-shaped ergonomic wrist rest 2-pack

The Keychron Y00043 includes two L-shaped pads that wrap around desk edges to support elbows, forearms and wrists during long typing sessions. Memory foam with slow-rebound behaviour distributes pressure evenly across the 11.8 by 3.9 by 1.2 inch surface. The pair can be spaced independently to suit straight or corner desks. A faint rubber scent may be noticeable at first use and fades quickly.

Silicone base with fabric top

A rubberised silicone underside grips the desktop firmly so the pads stay in place while you type or game. The smooth fabric surface resists stains and wipes clean with a damp cloth for low-maintenance durability. Each pad weighs 0.572 kg and measures 2 mm thick at the base layer. The compact footprint fits small workstations without overhanging the desk.

Check desk edge profile and space

Verify that your desk has a square or slightly rounded front edge so the L-shape can sit flush without rocking. Measure the available depth in front of your keyboard to confirm the 11.8 inch length leaves room for mouse movement. Buyers who need a single continuous pad spanning the full desk width should look elsewhere. Buyers who prefer a firmer gel or hard plastic surface will not find that here.

Questions about this item

What surface material does the Keychron Y00043 wrist rest use and how does it affect mouse glide?

The top layer is a smooth fabric surface over memory foam. It provides low-friction tracking for optical mice while staying comfortable for forearm support.

How much clearance does the L-shaped pad need on a desk edge?

Each piece measures 11.8 x 3.9 x 1.2 inches. Allow at least that depth from the desk edge so the L-shape can wrap the corner without overhang.

How do you position the two pieces for an L-shaped desk and what is the common mistake?

Place one pad along each desk wing, aligning the inner corners to form a continuous curve. The mistake is leaving a gap between them, which creates a hard ridge under the forearm.
