Extra-large portable screen

The Khomo Gear 180" portable projector screen uses reflective oxford nylon with a 16:9 aspect ratio and a 160° wide viewing angle. It ships with an adjustable stand and a carry bag for indoor or outdoor use.

Suits flexible home cinema setups

Buyers who want a lightweight screen they can move between rooms or take outside will appreciate the simple one-person assembly that takes under 10 minutes. Fixed-installation buyers who need wall tensioning or motorised operation should look elsewhere.

180-inch diagonal with 16:9 viewing area

The nominal 170" diagonal yields a 74" high by 131" wide image area that handles large-group presentations and backyard movies. The fabric surface has no gain specification, so very high-lumen projectors in bright ambient light may wash out the picture.

Questions about this item

Do I need to supply my own projector to use this 180" screen?

Yes, this screen is a passive surface; you must provide a projector that throws a 16:9 image up to the 170" diagonal viewing area.

Will the 160° viewing angle still look good if I keep my older 720p projector?

The wide 160° angle works with any resolution, so a 720p unit will fill the 74" x 131" surface, though detail depends on the projector itself.

How can I confirm the screen is assembled correctly after the 10-minute setup?

The frame should feel rigid, the fabric taut across the full 180" diagonal, and the image should stay square from edge to edge at the 160° viewing angle.
