Compact 12-Inch Subwoofer

The KICKER CompVT is a 12-inch slimline car subwoofer built for tight spaces. Its four-layer voice coil and SoloKon cone handle 225 to 450 watts RMS with 900 watts peak power. Mounting depth is only 11.1 cm so it fits behind seats or in shallow enclosures.

Sealed or ported enclosures

This driver suits sealed boxes from 27.9 to 130 litres and ported boxes from 49.6 to 63.7 litres. Builders who cannot meet those volume ranges or who need a 4 ohm load should consider other models. The 2 ohm SVC wiring limits amplifier matching options for some systems.

2 ohm single voice coil

The 2 ohm SVC impedance determines which amplifiers can deliver full rated power. Verify your amplifier is stable at 2 ohms mono before purchase. Sensitivity is 87.1 dB at 1 watt and 1 metre with a resonant frequency of 34.8 Hz.
